Dr. Susan Krieger joins team at HealthSouth Nittany Valley Rehabilitation Hospital
HealthSouth Nittany Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is proud to welcome Dr. Susan Krieger to its team of talented clinicians. Krieger is an internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and extensive knowledge in the area of palliative care.
As an independent practice physician, Krieger will work with other clinicians and staff members to create a care plan designed to meet the needs of each patient. Whether a patient has received a spinal cord injury in a car wreck, survived a stroke, suffered from arthritis or undergone a major joint replacement; she will play a role in the patient’s return to the community.

Krieger earned a bachelor’s degree in pre-medicine from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, now Drexel University College of Medicine, in affiliation with Hahnemann University Hospital, as well as a master’s degree and medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
